Albert Armendariz, PT --
Co-Owner and Executive Board Member of El Paso
Physical Therapy Services since 1985. He received a Bachelor of Science in
Physical Therapy from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Allied Health
Professions in 1981. His specialty includes general orthopedics, upper
extremity injuries, sports medicine, gait/balance/analysis/correction and
manipulative therapy. Albert is a member of the Local, Texas, and
American Physical Therapy Associations.

Chole Armendariz, PT -- Co-Owner and Executive Board Member of
El Paso Physical Therapy Services since 1985. Chole is a 1980 graduate
of Loma Linda University, School of Allied Health Professions. Clinical
practice includes orthopedics with an emphasis in older adult rehabilitation
for strengthening and balance, and cervical, thoracic and upper extremity
diagnostic conditions. She provides consultative services to companies
seeking increased awareness in office work place ergonomics providing
information, management level instruction for prevention of employee injury
and workstation assessments. Additionally, she is a visiting lecturer for the
University of Texas at El Paso, College of Health Sciences — Physical
Therapy program on subject matter regarding professional compliance
and
application of Correct Procedural Terminology codes within the practice
of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and business management related
to private practice administration. Chole is a member of the Texas and
American Physical Therapy Associations.

Rudy Marin, PT -- Co-Owner and Executive Board Member of El Paso
Physical
Therapy Services since 1993. He received a Bachelor of Science in Physical
Therapy from the University of Louisville in 1990. He has served as Consultant
(peer review for ESIS Inc. and the Ysleta Independent School System Risk Management) on Impairment Ratings under the Texas Worker’s Compensation System since 1992. He is also certified by the American Medical Association and
the American Academy of Disability
Evaluating Physicians (AADEP) to perform Impairment Ratings for designated Physicians. Rudy is in good standing as
an associate
member of the AADEP.
Rudy’s special interests are hand rehabilitation, orthopedics,
impairment
ratings,
manual therapy, geriatrics, diabetic care and
fall prevention.
Rudy is a member
of the Texas and American
Physical Therapy Associations.

Amanda Moeller, MPT -- Joined EPPTS in 1999 and is a 1999 graduate
of the
University of Texas at El Paso Physical Therapy Program. Amanda
is certified
by the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians to perform
Impairment Ratings for Designated physicians. She is also certified by the
McKenzie Institution in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy Parts A & B
(Lumbar, Cervical and Thoracic Spine) as well as the Kinesio Taping
Association. Her areas of interest include orthopedics, aquatic therapy,
wound care management and neurorehabilitation. Amanda is a member
of the Texas and the American Physical Therapy Association.

Richard Reyes, PTA -- Received his associate’s degree in applied
science from El Paso Community College in 2007. He earned his
Bachelors of Science from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2001.
He is a Texas certified athletic trainer. He is also a certified evaluator
for Functional Capacity Evaluations through the Hanoun & BTE
Technology. FCE is a testing process in which a person’s
ability
to return to their normal work capacity is assessed through a
systematic, comprehensive and objective testing method.
He has worked in the clinical setting for 7 years. His interests are in
orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, athletic performance training,
work related rehabilitation, geriatrics and acute care physical therapy.
